Thank You

“We were having a nightmare with our builder and didn’t know where we really stood with regards to the issues we had highlighted to them. Once we had our survey carried out, we sent the report from Elite Snag to the site manager and customer care department and all of the defects were resolved within a couple of weeks”.

Friendly & Professional

“Our surveyor Chris took the time to answer any questions we threw his way on the day, we couldn’t fault him and the report has been so helpful”

Mr & Mrs Astor (Embleton, Northumberland)
