Advice and Support Service

Our advice and support subscription service is available to anyone who has previously had a snagging survey carried out by Elite Snag and offers you unlimited access to the knowledge and experience of our surveyors.

This service enables all of our clients to directly ask us questions which they may be in doubt about, for example; if their builder disagrees with an issue they have raised and offers their reasoning why but you are unsure whether they are factually correct. We can look at this for our client and give written response with the information and the reasoning as to why they may be wrong, this also works the other way, the builder maybe correct in their stance but again you are unsure, we can clarify this for as well to close the issue out.
