Our inspectors are qualified and experienced in advanced craftsmanship, site and senior construction management, and building surveying roles, specific to the new-build residential sector. These positions and experience were gained whilst working for some of the biggest national house builders in the UK.

It is because of this invaluable first hand experience of the inner workings, decision making, and processes, commonly used by such house builders, that allows us to be at the forefront of new-build residential inspections.
