Our 5 Bedroom House Snagging Survey provides you with a comprehensive snagging survey, complete with a fully annotated photographic report showing and explaining each issue found in your new property. Each report is created by one of our professional inspectors, and written specifically for your property from our inspection of every aspect of your building.

This report is then used to present the issues to your building company to rectify before you move in, or before your new-build warranty expires leaving you with costly repairs in future.

OPTIONAL: Additional drone, thermal imaging and borescope inspections can also be purchased with this survey at a reduced cost per service.
