5 Bedroom House Follow Up Survey

Our 5 Bedroom House Follow Up Surveys comprise of respecting the original defects, ensuring they have been suitably repaired and completed. The surveyor will also report any new defects which may have became apparent after the original survey was carried out. A new report will be created, noting any new defects and updating the status of the original defects found in the first survey.

Our end of warranty surveys are another very popular service chosen by many of our clients. These surveys include an inspection and report which is typically carried out just prior to the lapse of the developers 2 year defect period, this prevents developers from disregarding any latent defects which may have came to light during the course of the past 2 years of occupying the home.
